Redmi Pad is being launched in global markets including India on October 4. This will be the first tablet from Xiaomi's sub-brand. Various information has already surfaced about this tab. Now its unboxing video has been leaked on the internet ahead of the launch. Spanish YouTuber, Eufracio López 502, uploaded this video of the Redmi Pad. From here almost all the specifications along with the design of the tab are known.
The leaked video reveals that the Redmi Pad will feature two speakers at the top and bottom. They will be Dolby Atmos tuned. Its top edge will house the power button, volume rocker and micro SD card slot. And the front and back of the Redmi Pad will be given 8 megapixel cameras. There is no LED flash unit though.
The unboxing video also revealed that the Redmi Pad will feature a 10.6-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Bezels are present around the screen.
esides, Redmi Pad will come with MediaTek Helio G99 processor. It will be available with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. In terms of power backup, this tab will be provided with an 8,000mAh battery, which will support 18W fast charging. Although a 22.5 watt charger will be provided in the box.
