Several reports have already claimed that Vivo is going to announce the V25 series very soon. But before the launch date is announced, it is now known that the standard model of this upcoming series, Vivo V25 will debut in two different storage and color options. However, it is said that different names will be kept for the color variants of the smartphone in question in India. On the other hand, Vivo has already confirmed that the V25 model will be launched in the global market in August and the V25 Pro in India in September. Incidentally, a total of four smartphones may come under the upcoming Vivo V25 series. A tipster claims that a 4G handset will not come to India. And, Vivo V25 Pro might be launched in India as Vivo S15 Pro 5G.
Tipster Paras Guglani, in collaboration with MobileStalk, has shared information about the storage and color options of the Vivo V25 smartphone online. According to reports, the upcoming handset might come in 8GB RAM+128GB storage and 8GB RAM+256GB storage variants. And the phone will be available in two attractive color variants namely Diamond Black and Sunrise Gold. However, Parash hinted that both the color options of the phone may have different names in the Indian market.

According to reports, the standard model of the series i.e. Vivo V25 phone will be priced around Rs 30,000 in India. And, the Vivo V25 Pro model is likely to be launched in the country with a price tag of around Rs 40,000. However, Vivo has not yet announced any details regarding the price or launch timeline of the two models.
However, special sources are reporting that the Vivo V25 will probably be launched in India in the third week of next month i.e. 17th or 18th August. However, the launch date may vary depending on the Covid-19 restrictions and supply chain situation. Incidentally, MobileStalk also made a similar claim in their report that the Vivo V25 will be launched globally in August and the Pro model of the series could be unveiled in India in September.
As mentioned earlier, four smartphones may come under the upcoming Vivo V25 series. In that case, apart from the rumored Vivo V25 and Vivo V25 Pro, there may also be a model named Vivo V25e. It was previously spotted appearing in the IMEI certification site's database with the V2202 model number. According to tipster Parash Googlani, the Vivo V25e phone may also debut in a 4G variant, which may not be launched in India.
Vivo V25 Pro Expected Specifications
The Vivo V25 Pro smartphone is likely to debut in 8GB RAM+128GB storage, 8GB RAM+256GB storage and 12GB RAM+256GB storage variants. Besides, it will feature a 6.56-inch Full HD Plus curved AMOLED display, which will offer a 120Hz refresh rate and 19.8:9 aspect ratio. The phone is said to be powered by a MediaTek Dimension 8100 processor. It may have a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS support, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter and a 2-megapixel portrait sensor. Again, the device is expected to house a 32-megapixel selfie camera inside the punch-hole cutout at the top of the touchscreen. For power backup, this upcoming handset will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging technology.
Vivo V25 Expected Specifications
The upcoming Vivo V25 phone will feature a 6.62-inch Full HD Plus flat AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It could come with either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset or a MediaTek Dimension 1200 processor. This standard model of the series is also expected to have a similar rear camera setup as the Pro variant. However, a 16-megapixel selfie shooter may be added on the front of the device. It may have a 4,500mAh capacity battery with 44W or 66W fast charging support.
